Caracas Link is a hotel application server that provides a hotel front office system with the convenient functions of a modern telecommunication system. it integrates the Hicom 150 or Hicom 300 communication system with a PC running under the Windows NT user interface.

Caracas Desk is operated entirely from the Memory Desk reception telephone. The Caracas Desk user interface is available in 8 languages (English, German, Czech, Dutch, French, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish). The Caracas Desk features are operated on the reception telephone via via the display using menu prompts. The hotel-specific features, such as check-in/check-out, are activated via permanently assigned feature keys, which are located on the first key module.
